Itsonlymedave Posted October 19, 2013 Share Posted October 19, 2013 Hi all, I have just bought a mk3 zetec s tdci and the bulbs on the dash are really dimm and on the steering wheel there's none at all. mintalkin Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 are the dash lights turned up to their full brightness on the adjuster? if they are does it look like any of the bulbs are not working leaving dark areas in the dash? the steering wheel has no lights in it at all, you will see small bumps on the controlls,its time to learn braille :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

stevegtuk Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 Most of them are dimmable, but not all have the dimmer dial on the light switch. Mine just had the headlight raise and lower, but when I fitted front fogs, I had to get a replacament unit and that included the dimmer dial too. Itsonlymedave Posted October 21, 2013 Author Share Posted October 21, 2013 Mine is a 53 plate 2.0 TDCI Zetec s and doesn't have the dimmer it just has the light control switch and the adjustment.
