justanother5tar
Could I get a rough valuation of my car from you guys? 2005 '05' Performance Blue ST. No stripes. Full ford service history with a folder full of receipts and stuff. 75k miles. 2 owners (my dad & me) Interior is mint. Exterior is good for age, few stone chips, scratch on the wing which has been touched up. Good tyres, wheels could do with some tlc. Tax & test till April 2014. Thanks in advance. Mike77
Just look on auto trader for similar cars with similar milage and condition, should point you in the right direction.
justanother5tar
I've done that, was hoping to find out out what people have actually sold theirs for, rather than an asking price. Thanks. Mike77
Its the same principle for all cars mate, you do your research, look at the market and advertise accordingly. Whatever you advertise for, you know your always gonna get 'offers' hence the ONO bit of the add.
Mike77
'Whatcar' valuations put your car at around the £3000 mark, less a bit depending on the damage for a private sale.
Philf1
My daughter was looking at one of these in the summer. We saw loads at dealers all priced around £3500-£4000 for the spec you have, in the end it was too pricey for her. I would expect a private sale to be lower, no warranty or come back for faults. At the end of the day your car is only worth what someone is willing to actually pay for it. Good luck with your sale. What are you buying next by the way? justanother5tar
Thanks guys, very helpful. I'm still a bit 50/50 as to whether or not its going yet. I've been looking at replacing it with a 330ci. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Ford OC mobile app

justanother5tar
If you did you would probably miss the economy (with decent pace) of the Ford I cetainly wont mind trading the terrible fuel usage of the Fiesta for the terrible fuel usage off a 330, considering its got 50% more engine and 50% more power aha ;) Sent from my GT-I9300 using Ford OC mobile app
