Now I understand disabled people sometimes have difficulties parking etc but this is surely taking things to.the extreme: 1384287375211.jpg

He's just about completely blocked the full road ahead and there was no cars parked obstructing him getting into the space or anything :S not sure if the handbrakes slipped and it's rolled down from the opposite road, it was an automatic so couldn't realy tell

Im realy not sure whether it's rolled down from the adjacent street eg if they've not engaged the parking brake properly but the front end was very slightly away from the curb so I don't know
