I want to go for the xenon look, the white light with a tinge on blue however, I'd like this to be completely road legal and my car will still pass its MOT. I've been looking at HID's but have heard these are illegal? if anyone could recommend bulbs or give some advice on the topic it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
