Hi Simon,

Have you gone into the settings and configured the OBDII device to be the OBDII chip?

OK so you need to plug the OBDII adapter into the OBDII port next to your knee (when your sat in the car)

If you havent already done so, go to Settings, then bluetooth, then scan for devices (on your phone) then pair with the OBDII device (password normally 1234, or 0000.

Then on Torque go to menu, then settings, then OBDII on adapter settings. Choose OBDII out of the list. Restart Torque and you should be good to go. Make sure your car is on electrics at least!

Simon , you do have a bluetooth OBDii plugged into your car ? , and your not trying to connect Torque Pro via your radio?
