Central Locking Problem!

Hi, I have a 2003 Ford Focus LX and up to now the central locking was working fine. Now, for some reason when I unlock the car with the key fob all the doors unlock apart from the drivers door. I can still unlock the door with the key itself though, the locking mechanism has no problem with it. When I lock the car up again it's locks all doors alright. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Cheers Darryl

Sounds like you probably have a seized locking unit.

You need to get the door open and spray it down with WD40. You will probably also need to take the door card off and spray the actuator as well.
