Noticing that when turning right into my drive (slight slope but nothing much) seem to get what could be described as a sort of creaking sound or at least something moving creating a noise like this, it seems to be more noticeable when driver's window is closed , so wondering if , as the panels are flexing slightly could it be glass movement inside the door/frame?
Anyone else get similar?
Cheers Pete

Hi Pete

Is it definatly coming from the window area and not the wheel area? ask a friend to stand outside the car and replicate the procedure to see if it is coming from the wheel area. The noise can travel through the car which will play on your hearing.

If it is from the window area then I would say the car is flexing slightly which is causing this.

Hi steve,
does sound like it's the window area and as you say it probably is due to the car flexing slightly, have since heard of other guys having similar issues and would appear to be door rubbers causing it ans lubing them up sorts it at least for a while!
Cheers Pete
