How easy/hard is it to fit a new lower arm on streetka

Is it a job for a garage or could it be done by yourself

it takes about 2 hours road site if you take your time

the part can be got from a local parts supplier

http://www.gsfcarparts.com/

you will need a good set of sockets and spanners and a balljoint splitter or use a crow bar

the part is about £25.00 for a aftermarket part or frauds £95.00

look here

the parts are similar to all models of cars and you do not need to remove the front hub or brake caliper or brake disk but removing the brake caliper does help
