hi I have just bought a 2005 galaxy 2.8 on the motor way at high revs about 5500 at 110 mph the engine management light comes on when I slow down to 70 mph after a couple of seconds it go back off

I have had it on diagnostics and no codes are stored anyone any ideas?

Hi Alan,

Not the greatest confession to put on the forums with lawmen around :P lol. I think we should probably leave the idea open that this is in fact a police vehicle, used for undercover purposes, and you were on your way to an emergency call ;) :P (no one will ever know!)

We really need more info, so if you can advise the car, age, model, fuel, transmission, mileage and service history, these will help us to help you. It sounds like it could be a fuel filter though.
