Hi I have an s-max which has had a bump on the rear door and looks as though it could be diy, can anybody tell me how the rubbing strip is fitted so that I can take it off and re fix after. dave

Hi,

Be careful when removing it they are glued on. We removed this off a fiesta xr2i we had as it looked naff and the paint came off too. It can be done but be gentle!!

use a hairdyer and tease it off from the car leaves hardly any mess if you are gentle
