higgsy
Haha when I'm on lates I commit to nothing. Go to bed at 3am get up at 7 or 8 when Mrs/daughter get up for school/work watch TV or play Xbox/ go on internet all day then go to work for 4:30pm. My Mrs knows even if it is a weekend and she is off I do NOTHING when I'm on lates

Mikey923
Wouldn't it be great if there was some kind of business card for FOC that you could put under a cars wipers with details about the site? There's loads of really nice Fords around here (Cork) but nobody really knows about the site.

Actually planning a holiday there next year! Sent from my GT-I9300 using Ford OC mobile app I'm sure mick can advise better as he lives in the county,But fota wildlife park is brilliant, If driving, take a day to drive to dingle co.Kerry see fungy the dolphin and sea life in dingle both seeing fungy and sea life are eighty next to each other, Very scenic journey from cork to Kerry along the coast too. Nice scenic areas, outside of the city, cork jail is another attraction n longer active its a history tour Garnish island is just off the coast aswell, its around half a day, boat takes 15minutes and walking around the island takes 2 hours. I recommend bringing the car and sat av to best enjoy cork, cheaper than tour buses and perticurally with children its easier to have the car stop and go when and where you want to, We have been twice on holidays down there with our two kids 3-4 days would do a lot though. Here's a picture I took of the focus on the cork/Kerry mountains on the way to dingle : .

I'm off on a 9hr driving trip next Saturday starting at 5am driving to limerick and mayo to pick up some interior parts for the Levin, should be fun spend Sunday fitting them,
Mikey923
Lenny is just a vast array of knowledge.. :) Cork would be a great place to spend a few days :) it was recently voted as Europe's top cities to visit in I believe It would be great help if you could share you're interests, like do you enjoy; history, music, walking, sport, nightlife ect.? Is there anything you specifically want to do while in Ireland?

BeccaaCat
Oh bless her hahaha. I'm thinking 'oh god 9 hour drive' but I've done it before and it's not that bad. Must say though you're dedicated to drive that far for car parts! I want to do everything! haven't actually properly looked into everything there is to do I've just always wanted to go to Ireland so picked a few places that looked nice! The zoo is a good idea though! We walk a lot so anywhere with nice scenery is good, good food, good drinks, good company.. we are a simple people :p I'm really into history and museums and stuff but not sure if the bf is quite as enthusiastic lol. Mikey923
Fota is great fun to be fair, I go with the girlfriend a lot and it really brings out your inner child! Plus it's far less expensive than Dublin Zoo and has a much more chilled atmosphere. For instance last time I went I managed to sneak into the Kangaroo enclosure and see them from about 6ft away! If I tried that in Dublin I think I'd be shot :P Cork is great for people who love history :) just drag your boyfriend around!
BeccaaCat
Wow that's amazing! :o Although I have the kind of luck where if I tried something like that the kangaroos would probably attack me lol. Yea that's the plan! :p I don't think he really wants to go anyway but he knows if he doesn't come with me I'll just go on my own haha Sent from my GT-I9300 using Ford OC mobile app
