stu412t
Hi there. My drivers seat has collapsed. I have been told is the actual chair and not the runner or the fittings. It needs a specialist to fix it. Does any one know of such a company or should I just pay a fortune and but s new one. It's the titanium seat with the red stitching. Can any one help me please. stu412t
Would not know where to start with that. Sent from my GT-I9305 using Ford OC mobile app
jeebowhite
basically you will need to take the seat apart, (sounds worse than it is). You would need a ratchet set and patience, but you just need to disconnect any wiring that may be present, and undo the bolts that hold the seat in place. You may find you also need a Torx screw set. Best thing to do, is go to a scrappy and find the same car. Practice on theirs and if you break it walk away and say couldnt find what I needed, if you remove it, then buy it and take it home to replace on yours :P
