scottgall7
Hey guys new to this and don't have the best knowledge on cars but when I first got my car in the summer I put my own head unit in and took the heater out by accident I wasn't that bothered about it because it was so hot and I wasn't driving it. However it's freezing and I still haven't put them back in so I was wondering if there was any guides out there anybody knows of Ivan upload photos of what I've took out if need be. Stoney871
Do you mean that you didn't replace the control dials?

Stoney871
The one with the small green plug on one end and loop on the other from the temperature (centre) dial to the connector at the right underside of the dash as per this bit of a removal video I located on Youtube- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IOiEoUjYo8#t=230 The cable with the large green head is the vent control cable, you should find a D shaped socket that the black end plugs into in the dash, it may be best to remove the radio to locate this as it tends to be buried back in the dark recesses. Stoney871
This guide may help you work out where to route the flap cable, looks like it goes up behind the radio somewhere from the right hand corner. http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/tutorials/article/65-fiesta-mk6-stereofascia-removalreplacement/
scottgall7
Thanks a lot, much appreciated. If I don't have any luck I'll probably just take it to the garage
