BigD Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 You just had the car serviced, they knew it needed a new sump plug, but did the oil change anyway knowing the sump plug needed replacing? (i.e. you'll need to drain the oil again to change the sump plug)? Hmmm.... Anyway.... Get one from your local motor factors - I did and it was less than £1.50 (so I bought three).
