Ford Focus Stereo 9M5T18K931Da, What Cable Do I Need To Get The Sat Nav/bluetooth To Work?

I recently changed my stereo in my 09 focus to the above mentioned model as it had built in sat navigation and blue tooth capabilities. However my old stereo did not have this and so when I connected up the new stereo, I did not have the required extra connection to plug into the back of the stereo to get these new capabilities to work. Please help
