Photos Not Working

Hello,

I apologise if this has been said before, if this is the case please feel free to point me in the right direction.

I am using the ford owners club app on my iphone 5 but recently it does not allow me to open any photos post my other members.

I get the below error image please can some one advise, I feel I'm

It's not working on my iphone 5s app either but it's happening on all different areas

Hello James, yes always logged in using the app, I'm not sure how to link you to a thread on the app but please see the below link which should take you to an example.

My iPhone 4S is same. Some pics are ok others not. Then some thumbnails can be seen but if I try to enlarge them I get the error image above.

Hi guys sorry for the delay in replying.

I've had a look at the thread above on both a Nexus 5 and and iPhone 5s. The photos work perfectly on the Nexus 5 and not the iPhone 5s so it must be a problem with the IOS app.

We're actually in the process of running an update for the IOS app at the moment but we have encountered a few problems. Hopefully, once we get past these problems and run the update it should cure this issue so please bear with us.
