stef123
Hey guys, Thought I would share a couple of pics from the weekend. I was asked to change the clutch on a work mates Corolla 1.4 vvti as soon as possible. Car only has 70k miles on the clock and is used for mainly town driving. I had a shot of the car on Saturday morning before changing it, it was slipping like mad in every gear, even getting out of a parking space was a nightmare. Gears were also difficult to engage without crunching. So here is the fatter side of the friction plate (its fatter so it doesn't wear the flywheel when worn) And here is the pressure plate side... as you can see its very worn!
