I have spent 3 hours washing, hoovering and polishing my beauty today and she looks gorgeous.
However, when polishing her the "C" on my Zetec badge is nearly falling off?!?
Shall I buy one off e-bay or take her back and ask Ford to replace it? I feel they should as it's less than 2 months old and obviously has not been glued on properly.
I don't want a Zete car, there not as good as the Zetec's!
I bet Ford will say badges aren't in warranty and they can't replace them!

Double sided tape will do the job! Although going back to ford before it drops off is the best bet. They should fix it without hastle, I'd "just drop in on passing" they may do it there and then as long as the letter is still on the car!

take it straight back to ford and i think they will just break out the silicone if they don't then you know what to do.... go home and break out your silicone :D or de-badge your car :)

They wont silicone it on they're stuck on with the tape that you stick number plates on with. Its not supposed to let go easily, which for anyone who's debadged their car is certainly the truth.

It is literally wobbling off....to the point someone could easily peel it of. I can't do anything till Tuesday as don't think the parts department opens till then.

Saying that, my other half has gone to the stoneleigh kit car show today so will ask him to get me something to stick it on with.
I teach children....I only have pritt stick!

I would say take it back but after the way you were treated last time (with the looking down your top experience) I would recommend you take your OH with you this time.

Maybe just leave the "C" and tell people that its a special limited edition "poohbear zetec" made by Ford for poohbear, and named the "zete" by Ford. :)

 do you think that would stop em looking lol. They'd just be more subtle about it. Mechanics dont get out much you know and seeing a woman is a rare bonus to a filthy thankless job lol
