Helena
How do I get the Aerial off my car roof ? Can't find nothing in the manual. I'v tried to unscrew it and alsorts. Alls it was, I wanted to wash the car at the Asda garage by mine and needed to take it off and couldn't so I sort of went and bat the eyelids and got 2 lads to help me and they couldn't even loosen it one bit. Some one tell me, Zipu needs his bath :(

KeithC
Well below is a picture of the base off a MK6 after a quick look, and as you can see, the aerial screws off. I would try a pair of pliers with a bit of cloth wrapped round the aerial so you don't damage it as it may just be stuck as it's probably never been off before. Mark M.K
I'd guess it's been rusted on to the base. Wont be easy to get off
