Hey does anyone know how to remove the grey trim around the cup holders and gear stick? On a mk2.5 focus. Want to get it off to paint it

It's attached to the upper console panel with melted plastic lugs.

You could remove it and restick it or it's easier to mask it off and spray just the bit you need to.
