The drvie to work is murder now cause I have to drive past the dealer and my Fiesta is sitting as proud as punch right at the front of the dealership.

You wanna stop off and get some pictures of it sitting in pride of place at the dealers . .

. . .oh and post them on here as I am waiting on a Squeeze Titanium too and its killing me already and it has only been 4 weeks and 1 day so far . . .

Mine was in the dealers yard, so I couldn't get a picture of it as there were other new cars parked all around it.

Ordered on 14th May so quite a short time compared to a lot of folk on here. When I ordered mine though the dealer said that they had quite a few pre-ordered production slots so I had jumped the queue quite a bit.

As for the colour I wanted hot magenta until the dealer pointed one out in the car park and I have to say I was very dissappointed at just how different to the broucher this was (don't get me wrong it's still a nice colour but it's not worth paying an extra 200 for). I'm sick of having black and grey cars and I had a Megane cc before the coupe in blue so I was only really left with squeeze (although i think i will scream if another person tells me that green cars are the most unlucky on the road).

Daz

Did you know that Squeeze is notw the same price as Hot Magenta as it is calssed as a specialist colour?

Yes Paul I had heard that about squeeze.

Here are a couple of quickly taken pics at dinner time using my phone. It's a lot brighter in the flesh.

Oh I bet you are SOO excited - I know I will be when mine is sitting in the showroom (as it will because it is going to look the dogs dangly bits!)

I am excited about getting the car but amazingly am hoping the dealer will tell me Monday pickup. The reason for this is that I am going to Silverstone at the weekend and as I have said earlier in my post I love my Hyundai Coupe and would like one last long blast in the Coupe before I hand it over. On the other hand going to Silverstone in the Fiesta will also be good fun.

Well I am sure that if he says it is ready before hand you can always blag it and say that he has not given you enough notice to sort things out and you will not be able to get in and pick it up until Monday anyway.

It'll give you the chance to have one last 'blast' in the Coupe and it'll give him a nice top of the range Squeeze Green one sitting on his forcourt for a weekend pulling in the crowds.

The flip side is it would be a nice long drive in the Fiesta to start the running in and get the feel of it

The dealer prob will be happy to keep it on the forecourt for the weekend. I picked up mine on a Friday (after they tried to change it to the Monday) and when I went in the next week to hand in some papers the salesman told me he had wished I hadn't taken my car on the Friday as lots of potential customers were hoping to see the Hot Magenta colour!

I've no doubt that he would be happy for it to sit on the forecourt but with it being a Motability car I am slightly tied to the dates they dictate. Either way I will have an enjoyable drive to Silverstone.

MMmmmmmmm

Definately the best colour for being noticed - and even more so now that the price has gone up and it becomes even rarer

Well today was pickup day. What can I say but WOW. I was expecting my Fiesta to be good but it's far better than expected. It looks amazing. I am definately going to miss my Hyundai so I'm really glad that my first impressions of the Fiesta are so good. I have a very busy weekend (Renualtsport weekend at Silverstone) but will get some photos took at some point to show my new baby off.

Whilst I have had issues with my dealer for his attitude I cannot fault him as far as his promise is concerned. He promised me upon ordering (14th May) that my car would be here by 4th july and he has delivered on that. 7 Weeks and 1 day wait makes me wonder why others are having such problems. I feel for you folk.

I bet you're pleased as it looks lovely but you'll find it a bit different to the coupe.

You know what the next stage is...............get some pics up..........
