I used some ngk iridiums, bit more pricey than regular plugs, but worth every penny.

I went from using ford motorcraft plugs at £3 a pop to these ngk iridiums at a tenner each and the engine feels much more zippy.

Well worth it if you want to upgrade

+1
Ive fitted the NGK Iridium IX to my 1.6 petrol toyota and found a noticable difference in throttle response,
So they are bound to be better on the more modern focus zetec engine which uses coil pack ignition,
Guranteed better spark resulting in cleaner burn and more economical,
Id purchase from ebay.co.uk tough as there much cheaper than the shops for these spark plugs.

Heres a link to the ones you require: http://m.ebay.co.uk/...3313?nav=SEARCH

Your motor takes: NGK Spark Plugs Iridium IX LTR5IX-11
