I have purchased a set of clear bumper indicator lenses. I was about to change them and both screw heads just fell apart and am now unable to take the old ones out or even replace a bulb if it goes. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Is there any screw shank sticking out at all?
If there is try tightening a drill chuck onto them and backing them out slowly.
Other than that you may have to drill them out and backfill/repair with a rubber compound or araldite.
