You might be onto something Pete. Maybe stick a thread up asking for one of the Photoshop wizards on here to do you a picture of both?

I need to get a new cabin filter first then I'm going to steam and wet vac the interior and most likely deodorize and hopefully the minging smell will be gone

Apparently it's only on major services so maybe every couple of years. The filter I got was just over 8 pounds from euro car parts, I will be changing it yearly from now on

I always have the fuel filter changed on every service, they only cost around a tenner and I get my local mechanic to pop it in when he is giving the car a once . Every service is probably overkill but Im a little bit OCD when it comes to my cars

Cabin filters are best done every year, I dread to look at my pollen filter, but will get round to it later. As for the fuel filter, definately worth having it done once a year, or if not, have one in the house in case it starts to misbehave.

Just looking at eurocarparts possibly spending more money, apparently the car has been recently serviced but Im not so sure, might get some service items to fit

Ok some money spent at Ford today, got to wait until Friday for the parts though, got some assorted bolts etc for stuff that needs replacing mainly in the engine bay and some clips for the arches etc and a new set of locking wheel nuts, the old ones are looking a bit past it and need replacing otherwise one day the locking key will split and will have a job getting them off, I appears the locking bolts have been put on with a air gun and are out of shape

There brilliant !!, I've had mine 2 years and it's my 7th Mondeo since they began with the Mk1 in 1993 "K" reg when I bought a 2.0 Ghia and I've had every top of range since in every mk mainly 2.0 & 2.5 Ghia X auto's + manual gearboxes Titanium X's and one Mk 2 ST, I always buy 2-3 years old. The mk4 is gorgeous it still puts a smile on my face when I push that start button and the next one will be a 62 reg Titanium X Sport Powershift 2.0 Ecoboost in panther black ( not yet though :-D )

Good Choice! last time, my nuts went and the lock nut went, I had to have the wheel axle ground off - so definately replace before they go! £70 lighter for a used wheel, £80 for a new tyre, all because the combination of cold and cack nuts meant it was as fragile as glass. Didnt help that I already had the tyre changed a couple of weeks ago and the guys did the nut up with a bleedin air gun!!!

Thread updated, I have had 5 Jaguar Proteus alloys worm their way into my life somehow as they were a price which was literally too good to be true, just need some jag wheel nuts, I cant decide what to do with them, whether to use them as winters or replace my current alloys??
