favero
Having a spot of difficulty taking out my battery. The job should be simple, however I'm being hampered by a dodgy bolt. It twists fine after initially it was stuck with rust. That's all it does now twist but won't come out. Tried multiple tools but stubbornly refuses to come out. Any idea. Any idea.get some WD-40 mate its fantastic stuff, Saturate the nut and bolt in the stuff, Then try tighten down by half turn before removing in the opposite direction. Worked for me when removing a lambda sensor from an exhaust before,

Lenny
Done this alreadysince its only one could you slide the battery out from the side, Another option is to heat up the nut and bolt with a blow torch to expand it, But being so close to the battery i wouldnt advise it, If you could get the battery out then heat it, Worse case cut the bar off with a hacksaw and pick up a replacement in the breakers, Other than that im all out of ideas mate,
