more power from the escort gti engine??

hi guys looking to get more power from my escort gti but not sure what to do next ive fitted a pannel filter , 2ltr 130bhp mondeo cams , 2ltr thottle body and MAF sensor , a power boost valve and a full stainless steel exhaust with a sports cat fitted too. Any ideas would be great.[/b]

ok cool cheers mate wat would you say is a safe amount to run on a standard internals and head thou?

to be honest I would consult the technicians that install it. They will know the exact amount.

I am sure they will tell you if you call them mate
