They really do want to do a lot more, but because of the idiots in power cutting their budget so low, they just cant do it. I look forward to them eventually getting their full budget back. If my car was stolen I would demand someone was there, especially having a tracker on it I could pinpoint where they are, but to be honest, would they be able to do it is a different question.
