Well yesterday the deposit was paid on the new one, they've given me a date of 25/07/2014, as they've one coming through the system, but another dealer has one and they could swap out for it, but they don't have to hand it over.

They've given me £6000 for the current one, parkers say £7005 for basic model, and he tries to flog thousands off for a few months when a 6 month older one is £500 less!

Also I paid off the finance in February, and it's still showing on the car, anyone else had this problem? I've lost the confirmation letter

Thank you, I'm being fussy on the colour to be honest, I've got my heart set on it, I could have a black or white one now, but I look at a white one near work and although I love my white zetec s, but in my opinion the st doesn't look good in white!

Yeah, they are plain black with a dark grey outlining, not much to shout about visually but they are Ok quality.

On the finance front I rang ford credit, and he agreed to fax confirmation over to my stealership, so I rang my man to let him know and he said, glad you've rung, saves me ringing you!

They've found me one at another place and they've agreed to let them have it :)))

Nice one Mark and another Spirit blue ST in Yorkshire. Your best taking the whole light fitting out to change your bulbs over, do the sidelights and dipped beams at same time that way.

Yeah I know how to do it, just it's really fiddly to do, my hand is a little big for the indicators, plus I snapped the passenger side before!

The front lights in my St were a lot tighter and harder to remove than my zetecs for some reason both sides aswell

Went to the stealership tonight and I'm taking out the minimum finance as it saves £750 and he asks for my three items of id? What id? I had to go home for paper driving licence and passport, so and hour later here she is :))

Done the etis check on the chassis number, and it came up as a 2010 white zetec, then realised I'd used the qualifying trade in vehicle!

In the specs it says Less Global Closing, and someone said on here that the ST3 had global closing as standard?
