If I was to buy black genuine ford zetec S wheels for a fiesta mk7 would this need to be declared? Also the same for genuine ford fiesta ST springs

In a nutshell... if it isn't on your car when it falls out the end of the factory, then it is a 'mod' and should technically be declared...
