No Start 2010 Focus

I have a 2010 focus 1.8 that will not start the dash light is giving me a code 2-3 Data Mismatch between PCM and instrument Cluster does anyone know how i get this fixed.  Car initially came with no key so have 2 cut and reprogrammed doors open etc and starter button lights up the dash just no starting or turning over.

Sounds like it could be a bad connection. Is there any other error codes?

 

Try disconnect the battery, then after half hour reconncet and try start it off again!
