Hi I just brought a 03 Ford feista fusion and when I start it up I can hear water in the dash on the passenger side the coolent level is fine and the door holes are clear from blockage any ideas? Is this nomal? Many thanks

It's possible the drain holes are blocked under the cowel where the wipers are etc. and it's collecting inside and not draining through to the underside. People don't clear the dead leaves and crud that collects under the bonnet so it breaks down goes through the holes as sludge and blocks them.

Can you tell where it sounds like it's coming from? Wonder why it makes the noise when starting up? Sure it's not radiator water circulating? Does it slosh around when cornering etc?

Sloshing on start up sounds like an airlock in the cooling system
