i have a 1.8 tdci 07 when i get 2000 -2500 the fan in the car start to speeding up then stop at 2500 rpm

so you it 2000 revs and the fan kicks in? but the fan stops when you hit 2500?

 

If so that sounds like a cooling issue, perhaps a cracked coolant expansion tank or a bad thermostat?

sorry no the fan is on it the car the fan get more power to it

does sound like a poor cooling though if its going faster its indicating its getting hotter.
