This maybe straight forward but I can't seem to find any details through looking on google.

I've got a 1.8 2007 Focus with 18" after market alloy wheels. I've seen some Focus ST brake discs, will they fit on my Focus without any modifications fitting it. Thank you in advance.

They will fit your 18inch wheels but you will need the calipers and carriers to go with them. I believe they are fine on the standard master cylinder too

Ebay would be a good place to start. Plenty of cars getting broken up and sold on there.
