Ashst500 Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 Hi guys I have a mk6 fiesta st500 and im wanting to play music thru my aux, it works but only comes out of passenger side and really quiet. I brought a new aux connection port from ford thinking it will work but it does the same thing as the one i have in. Iv also cut the cable tie it was tied down to thinkin it was too tight but still not working how it should. tomtom70 Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 Did you try another device and/or lead? Does your device and lead work correctly with another radio (or portable speaker). kingy94 Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 I fitted a brand new aux port to my mk6 fiesta st as It didn't even have one a few months back and I had the exact same problem, I put it down to the aux connector like you have and I got a free replacement from ford. The guy I spoke to said it's a common fault with the ports.
