CAR Magazine reports that there will be no Ford Fiesta RS for now:

A 3dr Mk7 in Ford Perfomance Blue with big alloys, flared arched, black gloss OTT rear spoiler.... that would have been a thing of beauty

Must admit I thought I had seen it somewhere that ford have said they are not even bringing out a Fiesta ST let alone an RS one as their small/city cars are all going to be about economy and what good is 150bhp+ in a town car.

Also seen it somewhere that a hot KA is unlikely too although I guess Fiat do one with their 500 so it might be popping the 1.4 100bhp motor in might happen although the 'Abarth' version might not happen

Kind of glad about that as I would hate to get mine on the road only to find out that the ST was coming out a few weeks later . . .

I rekcon I would be happy with mine as long as I can get it chipped (although not that bothered about the Mountune exhaust as everyting I have read about it implies it makes it too noisy)
