Hope someone can help. I have been told that it is possible to clean a EGR valve if so what is the best way. It's on a 02 plate with no wiring. Thanks.

you will have to remove the valve to clean it, its a messy job to clean but well worth it try carb cleaner to clean it. the following link may help.
