I'm looking to change a few things on my sapphire 2000e. She's my baby so don't want to mess her about too much. I want to know what I would need to do to put saph cosworth calliper on front and discs on the rear as I have drums at the moment. Also advice on lowering as it's sitting on a set of focus st 170 rims.

The easiest thing to do probably would be to fit Cossie 2wd rear hubs and get the discs, pads, calipers etc from a breakers yard. rs360classics.com could help you out, or have a look on passionford.com.
