cutenfuzzy
Hi, guys! I'm currently doing some scratch and rust repairs on my car. I've wire brushed off a load of rust, which has actually caused a slight split on the bottom corner of the door where either the panel bends back on itself. I'm wondering what the best way of fixing it would be. Obviously, I'm removing all of the rust and treating the remaining areas, however, I'm wondering is body filler is going to be enough. Obviously, there'll be substantial vibrations whenever I shut the door, so I wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions. I'm trying to restore my car within reason (don't laugh) and on a budget. Many thanks in advance to anyone who reads this thread. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to rub one out.
