i got fed up with the elasticated holders in the boot getting loose ,so i bought some webbing and plastic clips.removed the elastic and replaced with the webbing and clips .much better and adjustable

ive done both sides

when I get my Focus, I will want to do something like that, because when I get my bike in the back I can strap it down so it doesn't move about
