Hey guys...

I have recently been able to view my car details via the ETIS system. I know that there are a few ETIS based topics floating around right now but I thought I should start a new thread to keep issues seperate.

Anyway, so on the ETIS system It says the following:

Fiesta 2008-, 1.6L Zetec-S PFI VCT (115PS) Sigma, Sea Grey (Metallic)

Primary Features

Build Date: 18.06.2009

Vehicle Line: Fiesta 2008-

Body Style: 3 Door Saloon

Version: Series 50

Engine: 1.6L Zetec-S PFI VCT (115PS) Sigma

Transmission: 5-Speed Manual - B5/IB5

Drive: RHD FWD

Axle Ratio: 3.82

Emission: Stage IV Emissions

Air Conditioning: Automatic Air Conditioning

Territory: (+)"GB"

Paint: Sea Grey (Metallic)

Interior Fabric:

As you can see there is nothing next to the interior fabric (it should be leather as part of the Titanium X pack) and it also says Zetec-S not Titanium..

... should I be concerned and ring the dealer to check? or am I over worrying(as usual?) The titanium features such as speed control / auto lights are listed further down in minor features which puts me atease slightly, but im just checking.

Didn't someone else have this issue with there ETIS description too?

Tanks.

..... and it definately ain't no Zetec S

Got me worried at first but then I remembered from my Dad's Ford research engineer days that many engines carried the Zetec name long before it appeared as a trim level on the boot lid.

Sigma (S) is just the name of one of the many Zetec engines. Not the trim level.

Seems to happen on fiesta young and old, i have a zetec-s engine in my 1997 fiesta, but it is encore spec. there is nothing more poverty stricken than the encore model so it is definitely not a zetec-s!

Panic not JAR, panic not...
