Mk1 1.6 Manifold/cat

Hey,

I have a 2003 1.6 Focus Ive had for a year and plan to keep, Have been looking at Manifold/exhaust options.

Have thought of 4-2-1 manifold and Longlife exhaust but have no idea if the cat can be kept or you

then have to either get sports cat/.decat and then would keeping the original cat negate any gains

in the first place.
