Young Lady Needs Help

Hi all, just found this forum after having trouble with my 05 plate ka today. Started to make a horrible noise which my father found out to be the air-con pump breaking up (noisy and sloppy). Went to the motorfactors and got a replacement belt for a ka without air con. This belt still appears to be about 10-12 inches too long, anyone know the correct length of V belt? so we can bypass the air-con as we never use it anyway. Thanks in advance, Vicky :D

Morning, is the belt definitely for a ka without aircon??? Being that much longer would suggest that it would fit around the air con pulley.
