BazzaS Posted September 23, 2014 Share Posted September 23, 2014 I've a 2010 Fiesta 1.6 TDI with a coolant leak and dont trust "sealants" so I need to replace the header tank. I'm a bit of a novice but it looks straight forward (famous last words). Can anyone please advise me on the steps neede and nature of this job. Thanks in advance. stef123 Posted September 23, 2014 Share Posted September 23, 2014 You can either drain the coolant out the tank and remove the pipe work of just remove the pipe work and try and catch the coolant.
