AJRTDDI Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 Hello :) I rebuilt my Bosch pump on my ford galaxy tdi. The pump was set to tdc with knock pin facing up. As a rebuild guide suggested. Cambelt was also all set to tdc. (Cam lock and pump pully pin) Sadly the engine is getting fuel and will no longer start up unless it's on easy start. I know the pump timming will be off due to I have no dial (do u have one local to Birmingham?? :) ) Can anyone help or advise me ? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
