Hi guys. Could you please tell me what the 'block' is in the attached pics? It's attached to the heater unit I think, and is on the right hand side footwell area. I'm asking because it's starting to click, and I can feel it clicking. It stops clicking if I turn off the heating. Thankspost-55595-141261693266_thumb.jpgpost-55595-14126169535_thumb.jpg

I'm pretty sure it's the heater fan motor.

Does it make more noise the higher the fan speed is?

No don't think so. I was wondering if it's the heater flap motor? It's not a fast click when it does it, maybe once or twice every couple of seconds.

I think mines clicks too. I figured as I generally dont have a particular area set. Ie. Screen, feet etc. That it was switching itself been things itself.

It's only these last couple of weeks it's been doing it so I can't see it being 'normal'

Bumping my own thread :)

It only does this continuous "clicking" (can feel it too) between 17 and 22 degrees setting. Am convinced it's the heater flap motor. Anyone know if it can be changed as it looks very tight under the dashboard. Thx
