Do you remove side repeaters from an MK6 ?

tried pushing, pulling, had the butter knife out, had the bank card at it

ain't budging

You have to get behind the unit and lever it out against the wing to pop it out. Use something to protect the bodywork as you do it! They have got double sided tape behind them too!

They are a nightmare - i changed the horrible orange repeaters on my Mk6 with dark smoked. I'm sure you have to push them to the back of the car and pull forward at the same time. I'd cover all the near by paintowrk in masking tape to prevent any scratches (not that it did me much good as i have a Panther Black car and the follong scratch the paint - washing, touching, driving, air and masking tape)

Sorry not been on here for a while !

I took it to my local garage and he said he will have to get inside it to do it ! It's free like but I want to do them myself. Want my clear ones on !
