charlierwalker
Hi guys. Recently changed my Wiper Blades due to drivers blade juddering all over the screen. However, new blades are doing the same thing? I feel that they should have a smooth resistance free movement. Ideas?
troy45
In some cases the behaviour of the wipers on the screen can be influenced by their 'angle of attack' and could be down to something more fundamental like the positioning of the wiper motor or the brackets it locates to. How to fix that is another matter though :( Have you tried any sorts of windscreen polish to see if that helps?
charlierwalker
I keep meaning to see if rain x helps. What do you think?
SeanW
Rainx is of limited use around town. But on motorways it's pretty good. I've only been using a couple of weeks. For initial application, make sure the glass and wipers are immaculately clean!! (You can even put a bit of RainX on the wipers) Juddering wipers can also be down to the linkages - give them all a clean and lube up
troy45
Can't hurt to try, either rainX or perhaps a dedicated glass polish like Autoglym.
artscot79
My aero wipers were fine Bosch ones judder

SeanW
Eurocarparts is saying 29" for both fronts and 12" round back
charlierwalker
Yes it's 29" for both but one will be the reverse of the other so that the spoilers work properly.
SeanW
Is it literally a case of flipping one round? ECP seem to list them listed as (pair) and (right) only?
charlierwalker
No because the clip isn't reversable. If you buy the pair they'll give you the right ones. Bosch a640s is one of the compatible sets
Figgis41
hi,,, so i nee a pair of 19",,, what type/makes are recomended ?
charlierwalker
Figgis pop to Halfords and use their guides even if you don't buy, its a good source of info for part numbers etc
SeanW
Go to the ECP website and stick your reg in, they only show what fits your car then (most of the time)
