Hi,

Thanks for response; unfortunately not I don't know what has happened to the pdf version which was uploaded to the forum, 

I had pdf copies of all my guides on my email address account, however my account got hacked last January and I had changed my mobile phone number since setting up the email which ment I couldn't then recieve a verification code from Microsoft to prove I'm the real slim shady, 

I've been locked out ever since and unfortunately dont have another copy.
