Fusion Door Interior Light Not Coming On When I Open The Car

hi newbie here

i have three problems with my fusion well 2

first: on my dashboard the red light stays on showing that a door is open when all are closed

second: the interior light doesnt come on when i open car door but works when i switch it on in two of the 3 switch settings

and third but not a problem how do i get into the passenger underseat storage (black box????)

passenger storage needs to be pulled up first then flipped forward from memory.

Putting the car into service mode as described in the thread seems to 're-set' the problem on my Fusion.
