Hi I Have A 53 Plate Fiesta 1.25 Zetec Wont Start After Recent Overheating

Hi all I have a 53 plate fiesta 1.25 zetec been great till the other day there I was stuck on m25 for 2 hrs as normal car was running fine until I parked up outside my house were the coolant decided to empty itself all over the drive I refilled it and it happened again and wouldn't start. now it wont start and every so often I hear a sqeak/farty noise and it seems to take an endless amount of water. I have a induction kit fitted and when taking it off there seemed to be water on top of carb.

Has anyone got any ideas I was thinking it could be headgasket but didn't want to rip it to pieces on a off chance thanks for any ideas please
